Terms & Conditions

Product Use & Returns

No refunds will be issued for products that have been used or installed.
Returns are accepted only after NPM Racing has inspected and determined that the product is in resaleable condition and has not been used or installed.
NPM Racing reserves the right to approve or deny any return based on product condition.

Fitment Policy

To ensure proper installation, performance, and safety of NPM Racing products:
Customers must follow all installation instructions provided by NPM Racing.
All original equipment (OE) must be used during installation as specified in the included instructions.
NPM Racing will not be responsible for damage, improper fitment, or performance issues caused by failure to follow the provided instructions or by altering/replacing OE components.
Customers are responsible for verifying that products are compatible with their vehicle before installation.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and processed:

Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days
NPM Racing cannot guarantee how long your bank or card issuer will take to post funds back to your account
