NPM Racing is committed to providing fair and clear guidelines regarding refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with NPM Racing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy 

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days

  • NPM Racing cannot guarantee how long your bank or card issuer will take to post funds back to your account

  • NPM Racing will not issue refunds or credits for products that have been installed or used.

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, uninstalled, and in resaleable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

  • NPM Racing will not issue refunds for shipping.

  • NPM Racing will only issue the original purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

Fitment Policy

  • To ensure proper installation, performance, and safety of NPM Racing products:

  • Customers must follow all installation instructions provided by NPM Racing.

  • All original equipment (OE) must be used during installation as specified in the included instructions.

  • NPM Racing will not be responsible for damage, improper fitment, or performance issues caused by failure to follow the provided instructions or by altering/replacing OE components.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying that products are compatible with their vehicle before installation.

Restocking Fee

  • All refunded or canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
